SBA-Composer is a new addition to the Scalable Brain Atlas platform. It provides a 3d graphics powered environment in which you can compose a scene that contains both your own data and objects from a brain atlas, which typically provides brain area meshes, imaging volumes (MRI) and high resolution sections (NISSL etc).

SBA-Composer was first released in December 2017, supporting one atlas to start with: Allen Mouse Brain Common Coordinate Framework version 3.0.
